Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard Ground shipping on all orders.

Once your order is placed you will receive an auto-generated e-mail confirming your order. Once your order is packaged and shipped you will receive a second e-mail with your tracking number. Once your order is delivered you will receive a final e-mail notifying your order was delivered.

HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?

If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver on: Each week on the day selected by the customer placing the order; not based on who receives the order.

You must contact customer service within 72 hours of orders being processed or you will be billed for the order being processed.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

In case of a delay caused by Crate Date, a partial refund will be issued. Should the delay be caused by a carrier, it is the responsibility of the customer who placed the order to contact customer service and request a refund.
