Remove steaks from packaging.

Remove steaks from packaging. Wrap 1 strip of bacon around each tenderloin and use 1 toothpick to pin the bacon, pushing the pick through the steak.


Season the steak

Season the steak with salt and pepper. Grill, roast, pan sear or BBQ grill the steaks to your desired tenderness. Remove from heat source when desired tenderness is met (rare, medium rare, well done, etc.), and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Chefs note: Add a pinch of Italian seasoning to the steak for extra flavor.

Note: USDA recommends that steak to be cooked at an internal temperature of 145 degrees for the consumer safety. However, research shows that steak cooked at lower temperatures is still safe to eat.


Prepare asparagus

Asparagus is pre-prepared for your convenience, simply wash and start cooking! In a sauté pan, add the oil to the pan with the garlic and the asparagus. Season with .5 tsp of salt to taste and cook until tender. Remove promptly from pan and place onto plate.


Wash and slice the potatoes

Wash and slice the potatoes into Coins. Place a 2qt pot of water on the stove with a pinch of salt and bring to a boil. Simmer for 7-10 minutes or until tender. Remove promptly from water and rinse under cold water. Season with chopped garlic, salt and pepper, Italian seasoning and some oil. Grill on each side for 5 minutes and remove. Add salted parmesan butter on top of the steak for a zesty buttery taste. Serve with portion accompaniment.

Chefs note: 1oz of garlic can be split between the asparagus and the potato.
